45 and over pains
By the time you reach 45 the pains start, there is damage to your arm as you exercise or your knees, or you are just tired. It’s hard to get out of bed, sometimes you are late for work because you had to make up for the late night by taking another half hour or hour in bed..
The thing is you now have to have a relationship with yourself, your body needs attention. You need to keep your immune system healthy, make sure your heart is doing what it supposed to do also. There are so many options out there and it is important to do some research.
